There are eight levels where you move to a new house eight times over the years and eight pivotal moments in the lives of the young teenage heroes.
Is Unpacking worth playing? First, Unpacking prides itself on its free puzzle that lets you organize anddecorate your living space. The floors also grow in scale each time, from a simple bedroom on the first floor to an entire house with various rooms on the third. This way you can spend a few minutes and maybe an hour to complete the level with satisfaction. The game can be almost meditative, especially with the soothing soundtrack and wide variety of object sound effects.
Also, every time you move and unpack the house, the story is really a quiet story. You’ll notice this with every item you level up, as well as those you leave behind. While the game offers a relaxing, brain-wracking time, it doesn’t have much replay value. Also, it’s actually quite short and if you hurry, you can finish it in a few hours.
